Chris Pasternak, founder of Pasternak Properties, brings 11 years of real estate experience across residential, commercial, and land sales, as well as commercial landlord and tenant representation, residential property management, and personal investment experience. Chris combines this expertise with his life experience serving in the Air Force and a strong commitment to the Pueblo community.
With more than three decades of real estate experience in Colorado, Michael brings a uniquely broad and seasoned perspective to residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and land transactions—including extensive expertise in Colorado water rights and regulations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed approximately 750 transactions, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the region.
